RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Every piece that leaves my shop is built to last — but I understand that sometimes a purchase just isn't the right fit.
Cutting Boards & Serving Boards I accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition — no oil, no food contact, no warping. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, and a 25% restocking fee applies.
Made-to-Order & Large Items Hall trees, floating shelves, console tables, and other made-to-order or large furniture pieces are final sale. These are built specifically for you and cannot be restocked or resold. Please reach out before purchasing if you have any questions.
Defects & Craftsmanship Issues I stand behind my work. If your piece arrives with a structural defect or manufacturing fault, contact me immediately with photos and I'll make it right — repair or replacement at no charge to you.
Environmental Damage Wood is a natural material. Damage caused by excessive moisture, heat, or humidity is not covered under returns but repair services may be available for a fee.
